Online Whole Body Fitness Coach
Let me introduce myself, I am a wife and homeschooling mama with five crazy-fun kids. I’m a fitness and nutrition coach. I am the founder and CEO of The Iron Kingdom. A place where women can come together to celebrate and encourage one another right where they in their journey. Having a fitness and nutrition coach is great but having a coach plus a community is even more rewarding on your personal fitness journey.

The fitness industry has interested me as far back as I can remember. When I was little girl, I remember watching a female body competition and I was so intrigued and fascinated with their strength and thought someday I could be that strong if I work hard. As a grew older my ideas of how I wanted my body to look changed dramatically. I didn’t want to be skinny, I wanted to be strong. I fell in love with weight training when I started working at the front desk of a local gym. I look back now and see that I was a glorified towel folder LOL, but none the less it put me on my personal training journey. I was very intimidated by all the equipment and all the men. I hired a personal trainer so I could be better equipped and have more confidence. It was then and there that I decided I wanted to be a personal trainer one day.

Fast forward to today, I am a happily married to an amazing man since 2008, I have the honor of staying home, homeschooling my five children ranging from 4 to 12 years old. With 7 pregnancies under my belt or should I say above the belt, I understand a little bit about weight loss. I have gained and lost a total of 265 pounds with 7 pregnancy, 5 full term, gaining as much as 65 pounds with my smallest baby!! As many know with each new pregnancy the weight does not come off as easily as the previous and with a family history of obesity I knew I had to be intentional. I was told my entire life that it was in the cards for me to be overweight. “When you hit 25 it will be all over!” But guess what? Here I stand at 39 years old, 5 children later, standing just shy of 5’4” at 125lbs. I am proud of what I have accomplished and I understand the hard-work, nutrition and motivation it takes to get there. And I want to help others find their path and break down the barriers stopping them from achieving their health goals.

I had to break down my own barriers to achieve my health and life goals. For years I would avoid taking the personal training certification test. I studied hard, but never took the test, why? I could not get past the fear and mental barrier of the possibility of failing. FEAR is a show stopper! I can’t wait to help you overcome the fear that is stopping YOU from achieving the result and goals you want for your health.

Finding my love for fitness and my desire to help people break through their mental barriers is when my fitness career began to take root. My first certification came out of frustration of being a former gymnast and now having limited flexibility. I found Holy Yoga! By 2016 my 1st certification was in the books! During my training I got pregnant with sweet baby girl our #5, fitness classes took a back burner, but my love for learning continued: Prenatal yoga certification, certified personal trainer (CPT) through NASM, Certified nutrition coach through NASM, Feast 2 Fast (Nutrition) Coach, along with other numerous important certifications like myofascial, release, foot care etc. to help me continue to be the best trainer for YOU.

In a perfect world we would have no temptations, no sleepless nights and the motivation to work out consistently, but we don’t. My goal is to help you navigate through real life, get past the excuses of life and the small changes that end up being a big impact. To find a healthy lifestyle that fits YOUR life. Taking you through the 6 week challenges four times a year that teach you topics that will improve your WHOLE-Body fitness that will encourage you and put you in an atmosphere where we celebrate with others our victories, with a high focus on the non-scale victories. I am excited to work through our struggles together!
